Our three Offices are open six days a week, Monday to Saturday. They are officially open until 6pm (on week days), although, you will find us willing to conduct later appointments on request.


As we recognise that not everyone uses the Internet, we advertise weekly in several local property papers on a regular basis, to ensure that all potential buyers are made aware of our clients properties. In addition, national press advertising can be organised (cost to be agreed).

We have a company policy of accompanying viewings, so you can be assured that your property will be shown to its full potential.


We give feedback to our vendors after all viewings, in addition to regular updates on general market trends.


Before formalising any agreed sale we will QUALIFY any prospective purchasers ability to proceed and establish the likely timescale of any related chain. All offers will be submitted to you first verbally and then confirmed in writing and our skilled and experienced Negotiators take considerable pride in achieving the very highest price for the properties which we are selling.


Once a sale has been formally put in hand with solicitors, we shall keep in touch with all parties involved and monitor progress accordingly, reporting back to you on a regular basis.

We have a large number of FOR SALE and SOLD boards in the locality. The former help generate enquiries from prospective purchasers and the latter show that we have sold several similar properties in your area. We would recommend that you also have a For Sale board outside your property, although there is of course no obligation to do so.
