SENIOR PARTNER – CHRISTOPHER LANE, FNAEA Who lives in the Highcliffe Village with his family having been with Pettengells since 1991 He has knowledge of the local property market extending to over 20 years.

RESIDENT PARTNER – ADRIAN THORNE, MNAEA Has in excess of 19 years’ experience in the local property market including New Milton, Highcliffe and the Bournemouth area. Adrian has lived all his life in Highcliffe, attending the local schools and now resides with his family in the Village.

SENIOR NEGOTIATOR - LYNNE MARTIN, FNAEA, CPEA an experienced sales negotiator with over 10 years experience in the local property market and a dedicated member of the team.

ADMINISTRATOR/SALES NEGOTIATOR - CAROLINE MARTIN (no relation to the above) an experienced customer service expert and administrator, Caroline lives in Highcliffe with her family.

NEGOTIATOR – AMY HORSLEY is an integral part of the sales team and having been brought up in Highcliffe is very knowledgeable about the local area.

STEVE FORSTER - ASSISTANT MANAGER an experienced member of the sales team whom is known for his willingness to “go the extra mile” to secure a sale.

DAVID BROCK an integral part of the sales force with an in depth knowledge of the local area.

DEBBIE BOLTON - SECRETARY/ADMINISTRATOR providing important support to the sales team and invaluable to the business.

The above full time staff members are complemented by three hard working and enthusiastic weekend assistants, who in total have been with the branch for over eight years.

RESIDENT PARTNER - KEVIN SWANNEY has been an Estate Agent locally for over 17 years and has gained huge experience working for both independent and larger corporate agencies. Having worked together with Christopher Lane, the Senior Partner at Highcliffe Office, during the late 80s/early 90s, they joined forces once again in 1995 to expand the Pettengells business into New Milton. Kevin has been a 'hands on' Resident Partner, helping Pettengells New Milton evolve into one of the most successful Estate Agents offices in the whole area. Kevin is the main Valuer at our New Milton Office and also co-ordinates the 'Land and New Homes' side of the business.

MATTHEW BUCK has worked together with Kevin Swanney for over 12 years and is now the Assistant Manager at this office. His enthusiasm, hard work and extensive knowledge of the business means he is an extremely valued member of the team and one of Matthew's main roles is to co-ordinate all sales progression, i.e. to monitor agreed sales, liasing with Solicitors to help reach an exchange of contracts.

JON TURNER has also progressed through the ranks over the years from a junior staff member to a very competent Sales Negotiator.

HEIDI GILLETT has been with us for a number of years and is actively involved in the sales side of the business. Her passion for horses ensures that she is well placed to co-ordinate the marketing of our Equestrian properties.

STUART WILLS a Senior Negotiator and enthusiastic member of the team. Stuart has lived in New Milton all his life, giving him an in depth knowledge of the area.

ELLEN SMITH has also been with us almost since 'the beginning' and is undoubtedly the 'back bone' of the office, running the secretarial and administrative side of the business in a highly efficient manner and is invaluable to our business.

MARK BROWNING is one of the younger members of our team and with his own unique style, is gaining experience on the selling side of the business.

SIMON GORDELIER is our Trainee Negotiator and is beginning to 'cut his teeth' selling houses, as well as assisting on the administrative side of the business.

JAN HARRIS is our New Homes Negotiator and has been with us for nearly 10 years.
